To tour Silver Springs. (Ocala) Boaters frequently make a day run northward from Lake Griffin through the Ocklawaha River and the Moss Bluff Lock to visit Silver Springs.  $100 fuel additional charge

Sandbar Trips

Lake Dora’s sandbar is a great location.  Sandy bottom about 3ft deep.  — anchor up, wade in the warm water, and let the afternoon drift by. Florida lake life at its absolute finest. Easy 100 plus boats there every Saturday. 

Unlike traditional fishing charters, these experiences focus on relaxation, sightseeing, great food, beautiful scenery, and unforgettable moments.

Restaurant Hopping

There are about 10 primary waterfront restaurants

are widely recognized and accessible by boat across the Chain of Lakes.

Because the chain spans multiple connected bodies of water (including Lake Harris, Little Lake Harris, Lake Eustis, and Lake Dora), dining spots are scattered across different towns like Tavares, Eustis, Mount Dora, and Howey-in-the-Hills.  Spend the day having an appetizer or drink at each one.  From docking to beaching the boat, let’s hit them all.

Fishing Charters

Fishing Charters.  Captain Mike is great at putting you on Mahi, Tuna, Billfish. Too bad we’re a little inland for those ….. Bass?  I’m willing to give it a shot.  No guarantees.

 

Enjoy a laid-back day on the water with Captain Mike and try your luck fishing the Harris Chain of Lakes. While Mahi, Tuna, and Billfish may be found a little farther offshore, there’s still plenty of opportunity to target local Bass and enjoy a relaxing fishing experience.
